Nonprofit Formation & Business Law

Ms. Coble assists clients with every phase of the business lifecycle: from start-up; through maintenance, contracts and agreements; to sale or dissolution.

The Firm's services include: nonprofit business formations; buy/sell agreements; shareholder agreements; business succession planning; business sales and purchases; and the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts.

The Firm also reviews and drafts general contracts and agreements, including those related to employment, real estate matters, services or sales.

Estate Planning and Administration Law

The firm prepares wills, living wills, medical and durable "financial" powers of attorney, and when necessary, trusts.

Ms. Coble will discuss your desires, analyze your assets, and identify the most cost efficient path to achieve your goals.

Together the client and Ms. Coble will take the time to prepare a customized estate plan that is unique to your personal and family situation.

The Firm assists clients in the administration and probate of loved ones' estates and the transfer of assets after death.

During this difficult and sensitive time, Ms. Coble will guide you through the issues and court filings that can be overwhelming during this time.

Real Estate Law

The Firm provides both residential and commercial real estate closing serivces.

Ms. Coble also has closed a number of residential loans, commercial loans including SBA 504 loans in the Charlotte Community.

Additional serivces include title searches, deed preparation and prepartion of real estate contracts.
